Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 2 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Team Konnect.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Team Konnect, registering a player, organization, team, or tournament, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Team Konnect provides digital services including:

  • Tournament discovery and registration

  • Team creation and roster management

  • Player, coach, and organization registration

  • Tournament fee collection

  • Fixtures, live scores, results, and certificates

  • Tournament-related communication and administration

Some tournaments are operated by independent organizations. Tournament-specific rules, eligibility criteria, fees, schedules, and decisions are controlled by the relevant tournament organizer.

3. Registration information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Team representatives are responsible for ensuring that player, staff, age-group, eligibility, and contact information is correct.

Submitting false, misleading, duplicate, or unauthorized information may result in rejection or cancellation of the registration.

For participants under 18 years of age, registration must be completed or authorized by a parent, guardian, coach, or other authorized adult.

4. Fees and payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

A team registration payment may contain:

  • A tournament registration fee determined by the tournament organizer

  • A Team Konnect portal convenience fee of ₹99 per team registration

  • Applicable taxes or other charges, where clearly displayed before payment

Payments are processed securely through an authorized third-party payment gateway. Team Konnect does not directly store card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

A registration is not considered paid until payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway.

5. Tournament participation

Registration does not guarantee acceptance unless confirmed by the tournament organizer. Participation remains subject to eligibility verification, roster approval, payment completion, tournament rules, and available capacity.

Tournament organizers may change schedules, venues, formats, categories, fixtures, or other operational details when reasonably necessary.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refunds and Cancellations Policy published on this website and any additional tournament-specific terms displayed before payment.

7. User conduct

Users must not:

  • Misuse the platform or impersonate another person or organization

  • Submit fraudulent registrations or payments

  • Interfere with the platform’s security or operation

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material

  • Use participant information for unauthorized commercial purposes

Team Konnect may suspend access or reject registrations where misuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.

8. Intellectual property

The Team Konnect name, portal design, software, logos, content, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Team Konnect. They may not be copied, modified, or commercially reused without written permission.

Users retain responsibility for material they upload and confirm that they have permission to submit it.

9. Availability and liability

Team Konnect aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Team Konnect is not responsible for indirect losses arising from organizer decisions, schedule changes, participant ineligibility, third-party services, internet failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically. The revised version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

Refunds and Cancellations

Effective date: 2 September 2026

This policy applies to payments made through Team Konnect.

​

1. Participant-requested cancellation

A team may request cancellation before the registration closing date and before its roster is approved or fixtures are generated.

Where the applicable tournament permits cancellation, the tournament organizer’s registration-fee component may be refunded.

The ₹99 Team Konnect portal convenience fee is normally non-refundable once a successful payment has been processed, except in cases of duplicate payment, technical error, or tournament cancellation.

2. Non-refundable registrations

A refund will normally not be available when:

  • The registration deadline has passed

  • The team or roster has been accepted or approved

  • Fixtures have been generated

  • The team withdraws after confirmation

  • The team or participant is disqualified for providing incorrect information or violating tournament rules

  • The participant fails to attend the tournament

Any tournament-specific exception will be displayed before payment.

3. Tournament cancellation

If a tournament is cancelled by the organizer and no suitable replacement or rescheduled date is offered, the collected tournament registration fee and Team Konnect portal convenience fee will be eligible for refund.

If the tournament is postponed or rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the revised date. Refund eligibility will be communicated by the organizer.

4. Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate payments and payments debited without a successful registration confirmation will be investigated.

Where the payment gateway confirms that Team Konnect received the amount, the duplicate or erroneous payment will be refunded in full.

5. Requesting a refund

Send the request to info@klientkonnect.com with:

  • Registered name and contact details

  • Tournament and team name

  • Team or registration ID

  • Payment reference or transaction ID

  • Payment date and amount

  • Reason for the request

Requests should be submitted within seven calendar days of the cancellation or payment issue.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds will normally be initiated within five to seven business days. After initiation, the bank or payment provider may take approximately seven to ten business days to credit the amount.

Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.

Browse available tournaments, locations, sports, age groups, categories, and registration dates.

Price: ₹0

​

Player registration and profile

Create and maintain a Team Konnect player profile, subject to verification and applicable tournament rules.

Price: ₹0 platform registration fee or as agreed by the player

​

Organization registration

Register an organization or club and request access to tournament and roster-management facilities.

Price: ₹0 platform registration fee or as agreed by the organization

Separate affiliation or governing-body charges may apply only where clearly displayed.

Team tournament registration

Create a team for a selected tournament and manage its roster.

Price:

  • Tournament organizer fee: Displayed in INR for the selected tournament before registration

  • Team Konnect portal convenience fee: ₹99 per team registration

  • Total payable: Organizer fee plus ₹99

Example: If the organizer fee is ₹1,500, the total payable is ₹1,599.

Team roster management

Add eligible players, coaches, managers, and team officials to a registered team.

Price: Included with team registration at no additional platform charge

Fixtures, results and live information

Access published fixtures, live scores, results, standings, and tournament updates.

Price: ₹0 for viewing

Certificates

View or download certificates issued through an eligible tournament.

Price: ₹0 unless a separate tournament-specific charge is clearly displayed before purchase

Taxes, if applicable, will be shown before payment. No undisclosed fee will be charged.
